How to Build a Life-Changing Men's Ministry

Christ's challenge to us is to turn our eyes to the fields and see the opportunities before us. In our individual spheres of influence, we are surrounded by men who desperately need a ministry uniquely designed to reach them as men, working on the issues they face. Our prayer is that the resources we offer will help you to develop a ministry that helps men to belong and to develop friendships, creating an environment to make disciples who make disciples.

1 on 1 Consulting

Building an effective, life-changing men's ministry does not happen overnight nor is it achieved by implementing one simple, revolutionary strategy revealed at a leadership conference. We believe our model for discipleship MUST come from the one who did it perfectly, Jesus Christ. Jesus invested in his small group of disciples, walked with them and came alongside them, but he was very intentional in how he spent one-on-one time with a chosen few who he would teach how to become "fishers of men."

We believe men's discipleship is build on the foundation of relationship, so why should coaching and training on the subject be any different? Find out more about how No Regrets can come alongside you and act as a guide to help you strengthen your church's men's disciple-making ministries.

Mobilizing Men

The problem men's ministries face today is that the men aren't growing in their faith - and pastors can't meet every guy's needs. While breakfasts and golf outings still have a place in men's ministry, the solution is not how good your program is: It's how good your relationships are. The most effective ministry happens one-on-one, with one man walking alongside another man. We will present this vision and give you the tools you and your church need to equip men to minister to each other and to mobilize them to become servant leaders in their spheres of influence, both inside and outside the walls of the church.
